- Northwest Emergency at Town Square: 12-bed ED | ~20,000 annual visits | 24-hour physician + APP support (five days/week) | 4% admission rate | Full imaging and lab services.
- Northwest Emergency at Tascosa: New facility opened February 2025 | Full-service FSED with on-site imaging and lab | Flexible 12- or 24-hour shifts.
- Northwest Emergency at Eastern: Opening May 2025 | Comprehensive emergency care with imaging and lab | Flexible 12- or 24-hour shifts.
