Together, we champion continuous innovation and collaboration in our shared mission to redefine senior care across the country.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p data-start="253" data-end="502">We are seeking an experienced Nephrologist (MD/DO) or New Graduate Nephrology Physician (MD) to provide comprehensive kidney care for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, as well as patients receiving dialysis treatment.
