• Full-time preferred; part-time considered

• Flexible scheduling

• Competitive first-year salary guarantee starting at $500,000, with the opportunity to exceed the guarantee through a productivity-based compensation model (% of collections).

• After the first year, physicians transition to a productivity-based compensation model (% of collections) with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology

• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
