The Opportunity Full-time General Dermatologist Join an established and thriving Fairfax practice Step into an existing patient panel with strong community demand Treat a broad range of general medical dermatology Perform routine dermatologic procedures, including biopsies and lesion removal Opportunity to incorporate surgical and/or cosmetic dermatology based on your interests Work alongside experienced dermatology providers and APPs Strong MA and clinical support Established workflows and operational infrastructure Opportunity to grow your patient panel and productivity Collaborative environment with an experienced team Excellent opportunity for a dermatologist seeking a long-term home in Northern Virginia Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology. Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia. Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology is a plus but not required. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive general dermatology care Diagnose and manage acute and chronic dermatologic conditions Perform skin cancer screenings and dermatologic procedures Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other appropriate office procedures Establish long-term relationships with an existing patient population Collaborate with APPs, MAs, and other clinical team members Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice Why This Practice?
