This role provides operational leadership for two specialized and strategically important ambulatory service lines, Dermatology and Allergy. This is a unique role requiring a strong balance of strategic planning, clinical operations expertise, and change leadership. The manager partners closely with physician leaders, advanced practice providers, nursing and clinical teams to support practice optimization, program development and growth, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care across multiple locations. The position oversees complex specialty workflows including procedural dermatology, phototherapy, biologic and immunotherapy management and associated regulatory, staffing, and safety requirements. Success in this role requires confidence and professional maturity to navigate challenging interpersonal dynamics, build credibility across stakeholders, and make thoughtful, objective decisions in support of organizational and service line priorities.
