Local Team Collaboration The team is composed of 5 physicians and 2 critical care APPs providing care in the 24-bed medical/surgical ICU. Integral part of the larger care team at this 185 bed state of the art hospital. Serving the growing West Richmond community for over 20 years. Part of the larger Bon Secours Richmond health system, caring for patients across the Richmond area. Qualifications Board-certified Critical Care physician (MD or DO). Must have completed a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine. A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting. Authorized to work in the United States. Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Scheduling Average of 15 clinical shifts per month; modified block schedule. We collaborate to manage the schedule as equitably as possible, ensuring intensivists achieve an outstanding work/family life balance. Key Responsibilities Established Intensivist team works together to ensure the highest quality of care in the ICU and community.
