CCCS is a 4 Physician, Intensivist-only group providing 24/7 critical care coverage in a closed-unit hospital setting. Physicians work 24hr shifts, averaging 8 shifts per month, with NP coverage at night from 7pm to 7am. Coverage includes Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, and Neurosurgical patients with high acuity critical care management. *CCCS has the support of over 400 active medical staff physicians representing all major medical sub-specialties. *Our new critical care tower which opened in early 2023, hosts 78 beds, including 52 acute unit beds and 26 step-down beds. This will be an employed opportunity and will offer a competitive compensation package including sign on bonus, productivity/incentive bonus potential, NPPD (Non-Productive Paid Day), generous benefits and a relocation allowance.
