Completion of an accredited residency. Completion of a Critical Care fellowship at an ACGME-accredited institution. Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Critical Care Cardiac Critical Care experience preferred (CVICU) Current or eligible for North Carolina Medical License. Current DEA and DPS registration for prescription writing.
