About the Clinician's WorkdayThe interventional cardiologist will provide 24-hour inpatient call coverage on-site, with responsibilities including availability for consults on unassigned cardiology inpatients and performing procedures as credentialed by the facility. Locum case volume ranges from 0 to a few cases per week. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous availability throughout each designated coverage period. Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required for consideration.
