This role offers a broad scope of practice with a focus on general interventional procedures in a community hospital setting.
Responsibilities* Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures (e.g., cardiac catheterization, PCI)* Manage patients with coronary artery disease and other cardiovascular conditions* Provide inpatient consults and outpatient follow-up care* Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and cardiology colleagues* Participate in shared call coverage* Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications* MD or DO degree from an accredited program* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology* Eligible for California medical licensure* Training and competency in interventional procedures* Strong clinical and teamwork skills
