Must have a Medical Doctorate (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with acceptable USMLE scores. Must have completed a ACGME accredited residency program, or have practiced in this specialty for at least 5 years - case logs will be required.
