Baystate Regional Cardiology, a premier multidisciplinary cardiology practice, provides comprehensive cardiovascular care across electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, advanced heart failure, advanced imaging, cardio-oncology, and a full spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Why Join Baystate Electrophysiology High-volume, high-quality EP practice: Join a busy, clinically sophisticated program serving a broad referral base. Three cutting-edge new EP labs equipped with the latest mapping and ablation technologies, advanced imaging support, and contemporary tools for complex arrhythmia care. Responsibilities include implantation and management of pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices, and conduction system pacing; advanced right- and left-sided ablation procedures; lead extraction and lead management; inpatient and outpatient EP consultation; and CIED remote monitoring oversight. Academic appointment at UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate. Work closely with 23 cardiology fellows, including 2 EP fellows, in a program committed to clinical excellence, procedural growth, scholarship, and professional development. Collaborate with colleagues in interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, advanced heart failure, cardiac imaging, cardiac surgery, and vascular medicine. Regional impact: Help shape the future of advanced EP care for patients while contributing to the next generation of cardiologists. Opportunity to serve as Medical Director of Lead Management & Extraction for those qualified. Qualifications ABMS BE/BC in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology is required. Candidates should have a commitment to high-quality clinical care, collaboration, teaching, and program growth. Expertise in complex ablation, device implantation, lead extraction and lead management, and remote CIED monitoring is strongly valued.
