Position Highlights- Broad and diverse surgical case mix across multiple specialties
- Team-based care model working alongside anesthesiology residents, CAAs, and CRNAs
- Combination of medically directing and personally performing cases
- State-of-the-art operating rooms and perioperative technology
- Strong institutional support and collaborative physician leadership
- Exposure to complex surgical patients, including pre-heart and pre-liver transplant patients undergoing non-transplant procedures
- No pediatrics
- No obstetrics
- No trauma
Call Structure- Approximately four first-call shifts per month from home
- One weekend of call per month
- Post-call day off to support work-life balance
