Qualified Candidates Anesthesia Care Team model of 4 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR and Endo. Supervision of CRNAs 1:4. Diverse mix of highly complex cases General, Bariatric, Ortho/Spine, Vascular, Neuro, GYN, GI, Endo, ENT, Urology. No trauma. No OB. No Peds. Average surgical cases 25/day. Average work week 40 hours M-F. Beeper call shared equitably amongst Physicians. Block proficiency required.
