SU-FR CRNA takes primary call and Anesthesiologist is back-up. Saturday Anesthesiologist is on primary call and CRNA is back-up Call Frequency : SU-FR back-up call anesthesiologist typically receives 0-1 calls/night (10% of time). Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus. Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation. TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements.
