This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Ensure the most effective delivery of Anesthesiology services while meeting and exceeding compliance standards. Perform the administrative components of patient care management such as dictation of progress notes, OP reports, and discharge summaries. Participate in quality improvement activities and foster a high level of patient and staff satisfaction. Demonstrate commitment to patient safety, qualify improvement, and evidence-based practice Demonstrate strong communication skill and a patient-centered approach to care Manage complex patients with multiple comorbidities Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Note: Work schedules are determined and approved by the supervisor.
