Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and patient-centered environment, providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties.

What You’ll Do:
- Independently administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
- Supervise CRNAs
- Preoperative optimization in collaboration with our Surgical Optimization Center
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive perioperative care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a four-year Anesthesiology residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology; new graduates are welcome to apply
- New Hampshire medical license or eligibility to obtain one

The salary range for this position is $420,000 to $460,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
