Additional quality incentive bonus of up to $30,000 annually. $60,000 starting bonus plus relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Twelve weeks of time off annually, in addition to paid family and medical leave (including Colorado FAMLI). Physicians begin employment with contractual time off based on FTE status.
