"i would say this atypical of Nephrology. 250,000 of my salary comes from dialysis center directorshop. I did not include my share from JV with dialysis units, but that has significantly decreased because of cut reimbursements to dialysis. It took me 5 years to become partner and i think that's why people don't go into Nephrology.
