Job Description Immediate Care is often the first place patients turn when they need care now-not days from now. As our communities continue to grow, we're looking for a physician leader who wants to continue caring for patients while helping shape how care is delivered across our Immediate Care Centers.
This unique role blends direct patient care with physician leadership, offering the opportunity to mentor APPs, influence clinical standards, and expand access to high-quality care across the communities we serve. Position Highlights

No call responsibilities
Collaborative practice with experienced APPs
Independent, physician-led health system
Practice Highlights
Care for patients of all ages in a high-acuity, procedure-driven setting
Patient volumes in the upper 20s outside of flu season
Broad case mix including illness, injury, occupational medicine, and office procedures
On-site laboratory and digital X-ray with seamless access to advanced imaging and specialty support
Schedule
No overnight call
Every-other weekend rotation
Predictable four-week schedule
Four weeks PTO plus additional CME time
Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day

Requirements
BE/BC Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
BLS, ACLS & PALS
DOT certification prior to start
