Penn State Health is currently seeking a full time BC/BE academic core faculty physician for our Family and Community Medicine St. Joseph’s residency program in scenic Reading, Pa.

Our Family and Community Medicine program strives to provide time-sensitive acute and chronic primary care that is comprehensive, compassionate, coordinated and high-quality. In addition to providing direct patient care, this academic faculty position will participate in educating and training our family medicine residents in a preceptor role, as well as helping to educate our Penn State College of Medicine students.

Job Requirements:
- Medical degree - MD, DO, or foreign equivalent and unrestricted PA medical license
- Completion of accredited Family Medicine Residency training program
- Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
- Board certification/eligibility in family medicine
- Experience in an academic setting preferred
