Physicians play a direct role in shaping clinical operations, staffing models, and patient care strategies through a collaborative, physician-led leadership structure.  CoxHealth serves over 400,000 people in the Springfield metro area as well as smaller communities in the region and serves as a regional tertiary referral center. Cox Medical Center Branson Emergency Department
