Procedures/Services: Otolaryngology services include but are not limited to: Chronic cough, ear surgery, ear tube surgery, facial plastics & reconstruction with free flaps, head and neck cancer, hearing loss, hoarseness, mouth lesions and tumors, pediatric ENT services, salivary stones, sinus surgery, tracheostomy, tracheal surgery of granulation tissue, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, reflux. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
