This candidate will be responsible for building a robust general hematology and medical oncology program in Berwyn and surrounding communities. The candidate will provide strong leadership, expand the clinical and research programs, assist in recruiting high-caliber talent into the practice, and promote high-quality care. They will lead and support patient service and excellence in the care-delivery model.
Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care at MacNeal Hospital and Cancer Center. The successful candidate will actively participate in our multidisciplinary translational clinical care research and lead a robust menu of clinical treatment protocols. Teaching responsibilities will include fellows, residents, and medical students as assigned. This position will report directly to the Director of the Division of Hematology/Oncology and work closely on building out the regional community cancer practice.
