Physician - Family/Internal Medicine - Buffalo Grove

Position Highlights:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• Location: 15 S. McHenry Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL
• Full Time: 1.0 FTE, 36 Patient-facing hours
• Outpatient Only
• Hours: Mon - Fri - one early day (7am), one late day (7pm), and one Sat/month (4 hours)
• Call: 2 weeks/year
• Easy access for patients through our health system, integrated via Epic EMR

• Salary range: [$250,000- $585,998]. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Level

• Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.

Minimum Licensure Requirements

• Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.

Minimum Certification Requirements

• Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
