The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds. Position Information Our Palliative Care team currently provides consultative services at three hospitals: Gulf Coast Medical Center (GCMC), Health Park Medical Center (HPMC), and Cape Coral Hospital (CCH); Inpatient only - no clinic Our team is currently made up of 4 physicians, 11 APPs, and 5 social workers Physicians provide on-call coverage approximately one week per month We may have some flexibility to accommodate physician campus preference depending on proximity to home Benefit Highlights Generous paid time off to enjoy the Beautiful Southwest Florida weather and beaches!
