No NP/PA/CRNA inventory and no locums — permanent physician roles, with recruiter posts clearly labeled.
When a physician expresses interest, they are NPI-verified and anonymous until they choose to reveal — so every lead is a real doctor.
Every listing shows a pay label—employer-provided or a clearly labeled SalaryDr Estimate.
Physicians stay anonymous until they approve a connection. SalaryDr Connect is charged only then.
When payment happens
Your team can review the anonymous, NPI-verified interest and request an introduction at no charge.
They review your organization and role before deciding. You are not charged if they decline.
If they approve, your selected billing contact receives a secure checkout link showing the current Connect fee. Payment automatically reveals both parties and opens their shared SalaryDr workspace.
Message within two business days. We remind the physician on days 2 and 5; no reply by day 7 automatically creates a replacement credit, with a refund choice for eligible unused Connect credits.
Claiming is free, but verification is required before an employer can manage alerts, review physician interest, reveal consented candidates, or edit the public profile.
We send a secure sign-in link to the employer contact starting the claim.
Claims auto-verify when the email domain matches the organization website on file.
Consumer domains or mismatches go to SalaryDr review before candidate data or SalaryDr Connect coordination unlock.
