Practicing physicians. Anyone who expresses interest is NPI-verified, and they stay anonymous until they choose to reveal themselves to you — so the interest you see is real and qualified.

How does pricing work?

Your employer profile and your eligible physician listings are free — there is no posting fee and no subscription. The only marketplace fee is the $750 connection fee, and it applies only when an NPI-verified physician explicitly approves an introduction to your organization. There is no fee if the physician declines. Recurring-hiring plans are quoted per organization based on your specialties, locations, and hiring volume — contact partners@salarydr.com and we will scope one with you.

What is a physician-approved connection?

Before a connection is made, the physician sees your organization and the relevant role context, including location and compensation information when available. Their identity stays private unless they expressly approve the connection. Once an eligible introduction credit is applied or Connect payment succeeds, SalaryDr automatically reveals both parties in their shared workspace, enables direct messaging, creates the follow-up task, and emails both participants. There is no fee when a physician declines, and SalaryDr does not guarantee a hire.

What if the physician does not respond after an introduction?

Response Assurance is automatic. Send your first message in the SalaryDr workspace within two business days. We remind the physician on days 2 and 5. If no response is recorded by day 7, SalaryDr issues one replacement-introduction credit automatically. For a pay-as-you-go Connect purchase, an owner or administrator may choose a full refund instead while the credit remains unused. A reply, including a withdrawal, counts as a response; interviews and hires are not guaranteed.

How do I list or sync my jobs?

Your eligible roles may already be on SalaryDr through public sources — claim your page to correct, edit, pause, or close them and add source-backed salary ranges. Basic job management and listing sync remain free after verification. Larger teams can request guided bulk onboarding or an ATS integration.

Verified employers can compare their posted pay against what physicians actually report earning — by specialty and state — drawn from verified salary submissions, not scraped job-ad ranges.
