Description: - Full time, permanent position
- Schedule depends on the location
- Ability to see all ages - pediatrics to adults
- Manages ambulatory Family Medicine primary care medical practice by eliciting patient histories, performing physical examinations, providing accurate clinical diagnoses, prescribing evidence-based and cost-effective treatments and providing patient education.
Profile we need: - Must speak Spanish at a 7 out of 10 score or better, many patients are older with hearing issues, and they only speak Spanish
- Someone aligned with their mission and values

- Must work well in teams - PCMH model - MAs, Receptionist, Care Coordinators, and Care Managers
