About the OpportunityCommonwealth Emergency Physicians (CEP) is an independent, physician-owned emergency medicine group serving Northern Virginia. We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Emergency Medicine residency-trained physician to join our dedicated night team. Based at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia, this position offers a stable, supportive environment in a private, democratic group known for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and flexible scheduling.

Practice EnvironmentCEP provides emergency services at three closely located facilities, offering physicians variety and consistency within the same cohesive team:
- Inova Loudoun Hospital (Flagship Site):
- 50,000 annual ED visits
- 26-bed adult ED and 11-bed pediatric ED
- Level III Trauma Center and Leapfrog Hospital recognition
- Part of the nationally recognized Inova Health System
- Epic EMR
- Inova Emergency Care Center - Cornwall Campus:
- ~20,000 annual visits
- Only freestanding ED in Virginia awarded Primary Stroke Center Certification by The Joint Commission
- Inova HealthPlex - Ashburn:
- Conveniently located near Dulles International Airport
- Offers an opportunity to vary pace and environment while remaining within the same physician group
Qualifications
- MD/DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine
- Eligible for Virginia medical license
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation ranging from $205-$225 per hour with RVUs and shift differentials
