This role involves traveling to our clinic two times per month to deliver expert consultative care for a broad range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. You'll work alongside our primary care team to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality dermatologic care.</p> <p><strong>Here's what you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide episodic, consultative medical dermatology care</li> <li>Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions including inflammatory skin diseases, infections, autoimmune conditions, acne, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancer screening</li> <li>Collaborate and consult with local primary care physicians.</li> <li>Potential to serve as a clinical resource for our virtual team, including “curbsides” on complex dermatologic cases and helping create patient-facing medical resources.</li> <li>Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols that enhance dermatologic care delivery</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p><strong>We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Board Certified in Dermatology</li> <li>Active medical license in Texas</li> <li>≥ 3-5 years of clinical experience in medical dermatology</li> <li>Expertise managing complex dermatologic conditions across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics</li> <li>Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams</li> <li>Comfort with biopsies and ability to follow up on results remotely.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to Starbase, TX up to two times per month; travel and lodging expenses covered</li> <li>For the safety of our patients and staff, employees in this role must be fully vaccinated with all necessary vaccinations.
