About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a care team supervision model during day shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in Texas, with a schedule consisting of a mix of on-site, restricted call, and unrestricted daily call including weekends. On-site responsibilities include supervising 1 to 3 ORs with CRNA support under the care team model. The surgical case mix includes Level III Trauma, Level II NICU, Cardiac, GI, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Bariatrics procedures. Board certification in Anesthesiology is negotiable, and relevant experience is preferred.
